Description
Ajout de toutes les routes "get" du groupe "contract" de l'API
(contrats uniquement)
Ajout de la logique d'encodage des paramètres, utilitaires pour gérer les arguments et paramètres des contrats.
Ajout d'un système de configuration pour les contrats et la CLI de manière générale en YAML.
Ajout des tests fonctionnels sur les routes développées
