CI's pinned environment does not ship matplotlib; the regeneration test now importorskips it while the existence and input-hash locks always run. Figures regenerate under any environment that has matplotlib (the report documents the provisioned one).

Four deterministic figures from committed artifacts only: the three treated-vs-synthetic strict paths with each protocol's exclusions shaded, the Rhode Island placebo distribution (effects, rank 1/43 marked — the artifacts store effects, not pseudo-treated paths, disclosed), the channel decomposition under both estimators with inferential/descriptive visually distinct, and the consequence-window profile with its verdict-inert caption. Generator + caption drafts + tests (existence and input-hash locks; no PNG byte hashes).
