Also, adds optional `signers` param to `CreateVenueParams` allowing to add signers while creating the Venue
remove querying for `updated_at` field from SubQuery

`Polymesh.connect` throws catchable connect errors. Previously it would crash on node, or clutter the console with `Abnormal closure` in the browser ✅ Closes: DA-1251
Also, adds in method to get off chain authorization nonce for an Identity
