One of the coolest parts about PostHog is small teams, and how we operate semi-independently.

I think it's worth talking this up more.

This breaks small teams out from the handbook into its own subsection inside the Company tab. (Would also move small teams from /handbook/small-teams/team-name to /team/team-name.)

Outline of page

  • Mission below the team name
  • Crest (upcoming) in place of the placeholder
  • Sidebar
    • Team
    • Open roles, if any
    • Feature ownership (moves from Markdown to a table in Strapi)
  • Roadmap
  • Goals (MDX content)
    • Each quarterly goal in its own MDX file like 2024-Q1.mdx so we can always show the latest, and show previous quarterly goals collapsed by default.
  • Specific team-page content
Any freeform text the team wants to include goes here
  • Small team offsites
TBD but a way to highlight cool places the small team has visited

Love moving this out of the handbook.

Only note – maybe the big feature ownership list is a tag noisy / overwhelming? Not something I feel strongly about, though.

Mock of a small team page below. (Implementation notes left as comments in the mock.)
