Updated guide on how to install in a Shopify store #9227

The Shopify installation instructions were confusing because it sounded like using a Pixel was the best way to track things.

This moves the posthog-js installation instructions above, explains how to use a Pixel for tracking conversion, and removes out-of-date info for functionality that was removed by Shopify.
