- Add db.connect() wrapper for Neon serverless transactions
- Fix cookie domain handling in API proxy (strip backend domain)
- Add OAuth secret validation at startup
- Document rate limiting TODO for Workers environment
- Remove obsolete root wrangler.jsonc (caused deployment conflicts)
