ci: auto-deploy to Azure on push to main - #11

The GitHub OIDC → Azure federated credential and the deploy secrets/variables are now configured (docs/deploy-azure.md §5), so the Deploy (Azure) workflow can run unattended. Add a push-on-main trigger alongside the existing manual workflow_dispatch, so merges to main roll out the web + relay Container Apps.

Now that the GitHub OIDC → Azure credential and deploy secrets/variables are configured (docs/deploy-azure.md §5) and a manual deploy has verified the pipeline end-to-end (app.telecode.io is live on the current main), enable auto-deploy: add a
push-on-maintrigger alongside the existingworkflow_dispatch. Merging this PR will itself trigger the first auto-deploy.
