2024-12-29 - "it finally builds" edition

I wanted to create a prebuilt Windows binary since the start, but building stuff on windows super sucks sometimes so I ran into weird issues, which I was finally able to solve today (after trying on 3 separate occasions).

I tested it on a VM and through wine, so I hope it works.
