This mod tool lets you make mods on the UI elements of Wuthering Waves as long as you know the hashes
To use this app, you must have python and ollama(optional) installed. And once those are installed, click setup.bat to install the virtual environment before clicking the run.bat to run it.
Alternatively, you can create the .exe by running the create_exe.bat. After running the create_exe.bat, follow it's instructions then you'll get the exe file in the Scripts folder.
