Added: - New Radio Channels! Viper Cell, Static, and Three Admin-given Event Channels. - Quadborg Fixes! CC Quads can now use CC radio, and can access ColComm doors; Syndie Quads can access Syndie doors. - Couldn't think of anything else to add before pushing this. Got worried I'd miss the next update.
