Bump glob-parent and mqtt

Removes [glob-parent](https://github.com/gulpjs/glob-parent). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [mqtt](https://github.com/mqttjs/MQTT.js). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `glob-parent`

Updates `mqtt` from 4.2.4 to 4.3.7
