Add linters as GitHub actions:

  • Python
  • Dockerfile
  • Kubernetes?

The project uses a python linter in the deploy yaml file.

Add the following in addition to python linter in a separate linter.yml file.

  • markdown files
  • dockerfiles

The deploy action should simply deploy and the linter.yml action should lint.
