Move website out of version control (#617)

### Summary This is generated and published whenever we push to main (see [`deploy-website.yml`](https://github.com/Qiskit/ecosystem/blob/main/.github/workflows/deploy-website.yml)). Keeping this in version control will just add to noise and merge conflicts.
