- Add missing format="color" to loading ring color attributes in attrs.xml - Rename indentation setting to "Show colorful comment indent bars" for clarity

Implements the suggestion in #257. Adds a setting for colorful comment indent bars. Leaving the setting off will keep the current behavior.
