I'm not a technical expert, but it looks like the failing tests are unrelated to any changes I made? If I'm wrong, please correct me, I cannot fix problems that I am unaware of. |

Will undraft this after Matt's walls are made and PR'd, just so I can get a final sweep of it with how it'll actually look ingame |

About the PR
Ported Chibi as it was in the previous QB repo, some changes made to fit what's required of maps here now. Adds it to rotation as well.
Why / Balance
Why - Because Matt asked me to nicely
Balance - It's more balanced if there's a station to play on, instead of just empty space (where Decas are meta). Also, rolls between 0-10 players, firmly sticking it as Micropop.
Technical details
Only CS change is a single line adding Chibi to be run for tests (although it does not test Do Not Map items, since head locker items are just free floating due to the lack of relevant head).
Media
This isn't the entire map, but these are the parts that are heavily changed.

Medical was redesigned because I needed to in order to fit a single stasis bed.
Salv was redesigned to fit shit it needed while also making it share space with the Courier.
Sec was redesigned to fit Genpop, as well as allow for the armory turret.
Bridge now has the nuke disc container, and the vault has been slightly revamped with a few new items and the addition of a turret.
Science was almost entirely redesigned to fit an anomaly generator and all of its lathes. The memorial and its associated blunt are in remembrance of the Oracle.
There are a few other minor changes around, such as moving Midround Antag Spawners or slightly changing the room they spawn in so they don't just pop into a locked room with nothing they can use to escape
