fix(cockpit): harden realtime controls and navigation

Summary

• make mute/unmute intent reliable across microphone permission and reconnects
• stop route animation at a terminal frame and persist route preferences through the service contract
• add an injectable vehicle-location adapter with an explicit demo fallback
• expose location, navigation stop, and music controls as low-latency frontend tools
