This repository contains code examples for the analysis performed in our manuscript "Deep learning for cross-diagnostic prediction of mental disorder diagnosis and prognostics using nationwide registry and genetic data". These files contain examples of data encoding and preporcessing, model training and evaluation of prediction of dignosis or severity score group.
