- main figure data needs to be saved - make it possible to save underlying data of the plot
- random draw could have been out of bonds - order import (isort)
- optimize for top 5 comparison - legend: try to show it without overlaps - figsize: restore old default (4x2 inches) - bars: squeeze so legend has enough space
- fix heading level in 01_1_transfer...
- fix variable name(s)
- indicate with colors core of comparison (100%, no imputation is ground truth)
- extract PCs: not added yet, but as a comment
- use private class (error prone!) - see how scatterplot is defined in seaborn for checks.
-> small adaptions needed
- generalized code used for Fig. 2g
- not really used anymore, but was handy while developing ideas
