Fixed print styles for pages and blocks.
Generally tried to:

• reduce paddings and margins which appear much larger in print
• remove "read more" links and buttons, pagination, and other interactive elements which are useless on a printed page
• reduce font-sizes when excessive
• avoid page break inside cards or blocks. This hasn't always been possible but tried to apply it as much as possible. If the choice was to divide block title and block content OR the cards of the block, I always preferred to divide the title from the rest of the block.
• render all blocks as vertical lists instead of cards on a horizontal axis
