Summary

Add committed .githooks/pre-push hook that rejects pushes to main / master / release/*
Install the hook automatically via an npm prepare script (git config core.hooksPath .githooks)
Add .claude/settings.json allowing Bash(git push:*) so feature branches can be pushed

Test plan

Hook blocks a push targeting refs/heads/main; feature-branch refs pass through
Pre-commit suite green
