Short Description:
Add the capability of reading and parsing .ork files from openrocket software

Long Description:
Openrocket is a famous rocket trajectory simulator, and it includes an extension file format (.ork) to properly save all the design parameters. Create a routiune to convert data from .ork into a rocketpy simulation.
