Refined the fix by adding comprehensive unit tests in test/unit/ directory: user-dao-test.js (14 integration tests with MongoDB), nosql-injection-fix-test.js (9 conceptual tests without database), and README.md documenting the tests and explaining how the $eq wrapper prevents NoSQL injection.
