Check if the weights file is present before starting the training.
Add link of the repo to make easy for the user to download the weights file before the training starts.

The problem is I've started working with a long video and audio. It almost took half an hour to complete and then i got an error which says Weight file is not present which quite annoyed me and had to restart. So, After I implemented this checker the user will be informed if the weight file is present or not before starting the training.
