Tribal Artifact
An Artifact is something created which has some sort of cultural or historical interest. In videogames, especially RPGs, they also can provide some kind of magical power.
Tribes will sometimes create artifacts as they wander around the world. Some of the artifacts will just be a curiosity, while others may grant some kind of special power. This will make it a bit interesting to wander around the wilderness, and hopefully avoid the situation in many games where wilderness is sterile and empty, and travelling from point A to B is merely filler between plot points.
