Closes #80737

Summary of Changes

  • Added .ease-holo-card component in components/holo-card.css with 100% pure CSS holographic rainbow foil effects, specular glare highlights, and 3D perspective transforms.
  • Used mix-blend-mode: color-dodge, CSS filter adjustments (�rightness(), contrast(), saturate()), and multi-layered radial & linear gradients.
  • Added color foil variants: .ease-holo-card-gold, .ease-holo-card-cosmic, and .ease-holo-card-silver, plus .ease-holo-shimmer continuous animation.
  • Imported components/holo-card.css in easemotion.css and rebuilt minified bundle.
  • Added unit & smoke tests in ests/smoke.test.js.
  • Included interactive demo and documentation in submissions/examples/holographic-foil-card/.
