Description

Resolves #82157

This PR introduces the .ease-radial-menu component for pure CSS 360-degree circular and arc menu layouts.

Features

  • Pure CSS Radial Math: Combines --angle custom properties with counter-rotation math so radial items position themselves in a circle while keeping icons and labels upright.
  • Elastic Micro-Animations: Smooth spring entrance via cubic-bezier(0.68, -0.55, 0.265, 1.55) and staggered item delays.
  • Dual Interaction: Pure CSS checkbox hack for click-toggle plus hover/focus-within support.
  • Variants & Presets: 4-item, 6-item, 8-item circular presets, 180° top arc preset, size variants (.ease-radial-sm, .ease-radial-lg), and glassmorphism style (.ease-radial-glass).
  • Demo & Tests: Interactive demo in \submissions/examples/radial-wheel-menu/\ and unit tests in \ ests/radial-menu.test.js.
