Sensor response

Included the response of the silicon detector:

  Charge division (ChargeDivision class)
  Charge drift to the surface of the detector and diffusion (ChargeDrift class) 
  Total induced charge on strips (InducedCharge class)

Returns the strips that see the charge and the ADC value.

Not yet incorporated in this PR:

  Saturation effects depending on FED mode (FronendDriver class)
  Noise effects (StripNoise class)
