Installation of ImpactDecoder is required before usage of model creation using payl.py
Usage Guide: For model creation use testing data file as .pcap and pass it as argument of payl.py. directory named "model" will be created and you can find .payl extension files. These files are representing particular things. First thing represents the ASCII character in decimal Second thing is the mean of that character occurrence Third is standard deviation and, fourth is count.
