fix HANA_CALL inner timeouts prevent proper logging

We had situations in the past with SAP HANA where we needed BOTH timeout commands the inner and the outer. Funny we only needed it in SAPHana not in SAPHanaTopology - at least we did not had customer messages about failures in SAPHanaTopology. I vote NOT to remove the inner timeout command in SAP Hana HANA_CALLs without a in-very-deep-thinking-and-analysis. We could not do this change "in passing".

It might be that this was forced by the HDBSettings.sh script (which we do not longer use). But unfortunately I do not remember at the moment the exact error cases. But we added the inner timeout call by intention not by error.
