Fixed a few bugs that caused crashes or a sturry scrolling experience.

• App icons will now be displayed instead of a meta logo
• It now supports german translation - Contributions welcome
• The timer of how long you are playing now doesn't start at zero when you leave the quest on stand by for a while.

Improvements

• Improved left half of the home screen
• Improved app stop detections. Still far from perfect but putting it to sleep stops that reliably. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to update on Discord.
