The CI build shows that there are some incompatibilities with Python 3.4: https://travis-ci.org/SamLau95/nbinteract/jobs/352163088 This is why tests are useful :) . I'm going to fix the build so don't review this yet. |

I opened #58 to keep track of JS testing.
This PR adds a pretty comprehensive set of tests for the CLI converter.
