  • Add following sports:
    • Mountain Bike (Electric)
    • Trial
    • Skiing (Alpine)
    • Skiing (Cross Country)
    • Rowing
  • Display elevation on:
    • workout card on Dashboard page
    • workouts list on Workouts page
    • statistics chart on Statistics page

This PR completes PR#84 opened by @paf38
