Steps:

1. Install Jekyll.
2. Make new post thor jekyll:new New Post Title.
3. Run bundle to build static codes inside /_site directory.
4. Run bundle exec jekyll s to preview the site.
5. To upgrade this theme change gem "jekyll-theme-chirpy", "~> 5.3", ">= 5.3.1" with the Chirpy Starter and run bundle update jekyll-theme-chirpy.
6. Use GitHub Actions to deploy on GitHub Pages and Delete Gemfile.lock.
