Revert "Reduce Chunk Map Calls"

This reverts commit 3381d44. Caused a chunk loading issue with the chunk you're in upon joining. This may be fixed by adding back the unload queue call, but is it really worth it? It's a micro optimisation at the end of the day, not required when theres hotspots out there.
