Addressing #59

Hi Steve, let me know your thought on this PR which aim is to make use of mamba, a minimal installer of conda in multiOS, to manage virtual environments. Thanks, --Miguel

As discussed, lets keep it as simple as possible for students. So default is conda, with a note and link that they can also use mamba or miniconda if they have limited resources.
