Specify mejor version for Actions.

Description

Since the main branch was used, it was changed to a major version designation for security and availability reasons.

Motivation and Context

Here, I created a pull request to contribute to the tool because it has helped me every time I get a new PC.

If the main branch is specified, the new modification will be applied before the release version of the modification is created.
The version is also specified in the README.md example.

In addition, pull request creation is automated with dependabot settings.
