Adds a comprehensive CLI walkthrough tutorial covering the full ShaprAI agent lifecycle, from shaprai create through to shaprai deploy.

The tutorial covers all 6 lifecycle steps with CLI examples:

1. Create — shaprai create with template selection, Elyan Bus onboarding
2. Train (SFT) — Supervised fine-tuning with shaprai train --phase sft
3. DriftLock — Identity coherence evaluation with shaprai train --phase driftlock
4. Sanctuary — Full education curriculum (etiquette, code quality, communication, ethics)
5. Graduate — Quality gate check for Elyan-class status
6. Deploy — Platform deployment to BoTTube, Moltbook, GitHub

Also covers: generate-sft for training data, evaluate for status checks, fleet management, and Beacon registration.
