Play Crickets when lonely

If only one person is in the room and they are not talking to scrappy, scrappy should randomly (1:5) play crickets: /play crickets

Not fixed. 😒

If someone hits leave in Campfire, Scrappy sees that and removes them from the active list. However, if someone simply times out, even though a leave message appears in Campfire, Scrappy doesn't seem to see it.
