I added the geometry files for T33 (OT800_IT711) so we can generate new module maps. Also, I replaced
SDL_INFwith a proper infinite.I still need to test things to make sure they work well. I'll make a corresponding PR on the CMSSW-data side and I'll post comparison plots there.
