1.0.48: update devnet url

Note

Adds AZ testnet chain configs (200/201), sets seismicTestnet to 200, and bumps package versions to 1.0.49.

  • Chain configs: Add createSeismicAzTestnet helper; introduce seismicTestnet200 and seismicTestnet201; set seismicTestnet alias to seismicTestnet200.
  • Types: Add CreateSeismicTestnetParams.
  • Exports: Re-export new testnet constants in src/index.ts.
• seismic-react:
  • Versioning: Bump to 1.0.49 and update peer dep seismic-viem to >=1.0.49.
