Can be added of course! And after merging, it's all in your hands anyway. But sure, let me amend that. Just the Russian part I cannot really cover, my Russian isn't good enough for that.
Oh, I just see I forgot to convert it back to HTML. I can do that as well if you want – but will leave it as Markdown for now in case you prefer it this way.

This PR slightly improves formatting of the English full description, making it possible to render it as Markdown (supported e.g. at IzzyOnDroid) while keeping it compatible with places not supporting it (e.g. F-Droid.org, PlayStore). It also adds the German (de) locale with short and full description.
