React App with Tailwind CSS Setup Script

This script automates the process of setting up a React app with Tailwind CSS installed. It performs the following steps:

1. Sets up a new React app using Create React App (CRA).
2. Installs Tailwind CSS and its dependencies.
3. Creates a Tailwind CSS configuration file.
4. Updates the Tailwind CSS configuration to include file purging.
5. Creates a PostCSS configuration file.
6. Updates the index.css file to import Tailwind CSS styles.
7. Updates the index.js file to import the updated index.css file.
8. Starts the development server.

Before using this script, make sure you have the following installed:

Usage

1. Clone the repository or copy the script to your local machine.
