General functions for easy plotting and analysis of hydrological precipitations data.

Example of command run is provided into the "comandi.R" file: change the R working directory to the current one and simply source the same file:
>source("comandi.R")
to get some graphs of datas inside "max_cles" text precipitation file.

Take a look at the data structures created (>ls())
