Experimental 80HE Support

This version has not been tested, but you may be able to get it to work if you join the Discord and install 5.0.0-alpha.1

I will also be dropping Linux support for new updates because it doesn't build anymore, Ubuntu 22.04 has a libhidapi-dev linking issue, and 24.04 has a glibc issue with building the appimage, and I cannot fix them, these are core issues with the 2+ year old version of tauri v2 alpha and tauri-egui that I've had to revert and modify to get to work for Windows and macOS.

Unless tauri-egui ever updates, this project will only receive maintenance updates until something else breaks in the build chain that I cannot fix, then it will be archived.
