已在 50b5072 修复。

这个失败和 ruff / ty 的升级无关（Lint and Format 是绿的），原因是 ubuntu-latest 现在解析为 ubuntu-26.04（bash 5.3.9）：bash 5.3 下 cd "" 会报 cd: null directory 并返回 1（5.2 则静默成功）。test_extension_entrypoint_requires_uv 用 PATH=/nonexistent 运行，dirname 不存在，gh-llm 里的 SCRIPT_DIR=$(cd "$(dirname ...)") 在 set -e 下提前退出，没走到 uv is required 的检查。

改动：把 command -v uv 检查（只用 shell 内建命令）移到计算 SCRIPT_DIR 之前，测试未改动。

在真实的 ubuntu:26.04 镜像里验证过：原脚本能复现与 CI 完全一致的报错；修复后 pytest --reruns 3 --reruns-delay 1 为 169 passed，ty check --error-on-warning、ruff check、ruff format --check 均通过。

新提交触发的 workflow 目前是 action_required 状态，需要你在 Actions 页面批准后才会运行。#92（只升级 setup-uv）也是同样的失败，这个合入 main 后 rebase 即可。
