This PR ports the
useBreakpointslogic to aBreakpointsProvidercomponent to address performance degradation in the Admin. Previously, every instance ofuseBreakpointsadded listeners for our directional breakpoints, whereas, theBreakpointsProviderinstantiates the same logic once and disseminates the result via context.TODO:
