SiN MZI proper

MZI on SiN at 1310 nm wavelength with variation in L2. Grating couplers are used and the waveguide width is 800 nm. Embedding structure EMBED1 includes the same Y-branch and L1, with 1550 nm terminators connected by a beta taper to adjust width from 800 nm to 750 nm. Layout check returned no errors, but simulated results are in progress.
