tweak: Disposable tasers have 10 shots now.

Okay so it's objectively worse now. It has 10 shots now instead of 5 in return for being unable to be recharged. People bring up a good point that you can just order rubber magazines for the same price or smartguns on code blue.
Gives the disposable taser 10 shots so it's actually somewhat viable.
