test for HB63C09M This runs the same routines for the back end as the COCO, using 6309 optimizations, as well as 24bit FP maths
added debug timer support to the program to verify the approximate runtime.

This includes ASCII testing for the HB63C09M which is based on the 63C09. the test runs in native 6309 mode and uses all the speed tweaks. It completes in 261 ms.
