docs(lessons): credit Prof Benjamin Abel

Add an acknowledgement for @benabel, Prof. Benjamin Abel, in the SolverForge Lessons README so the use-case repo reflects the same referral credit carried by the core SolverForge README.

Keep the credit in the human-facing app documentation because it is project context rather than release metadata or runtime behavior.
